For example: if you the spouse has not worked in years but wants alimony to pay for them to stay home - our assessment can determine what that spouses worth is in the market today. We analyze the clients work history and background and then get to work essentially finding jobs that the client would be a good match for. We contact these employers and make sure that they would be willing to accept the spouse as an employee based on their background, time away from market, education etc.. It is a very in depth report that mediators use to assess how much the spouse could start back to work for. Or to find out how much they could make in the current job market. This helps to lower alimony payments.
